At 11th of this March, the biggest earthquake was happened in Tohoku. Thousands of people were died by the Tsunami. My parents and my sons are alive. The voice of my sons are not so serious. So I am happy now. How are you?

What is Life? As Scientist, Teacher, and Farmer（科学者、教師、そして農民として）
Hi. Good morning everyone. How are you doing now? How do you feel about your work or study? Are you running to make your dream true?
Today's class is just a self introduction at the present days. I had already moved from F city to I city to re-start my life with kind partners. At F city, I met with many friends. They encouraged and helped me. I was losing my way and attacked to others with sparking eyes. But at the final, I could decide or find my dream.
As shown in my profile, I decided to be a biologist when I was five years old. I became a Ph.D and worked hard to change or save the world. At some periods, I could elucidate or establish some mechanisms or diagnosis systems for patients. It was very interesting and exciting, because we could perchase reagents whatever we want and use money for study at the highest level.
But after finishing such project, I was staying at my country. I didn't know the dream what I want to do. It took more than six months to think myself and find what I want to do.
It's teaching the amazing of Life for children and adults. So we are preparing to build a school with scientific experiments and farm. I will be a master to teach Science at the school. And at the other time, I will be a farmer like a chef for serving something to them. At the future, I will try to research in plant area. For such works, I have to study again with text book, prepare some apparatus for such experiments, and learn agriculture without agrichemicals (Natural Farming).
When I can make it real, I will inform the news for you and also invite you. I will make you happy with smile. Because the dishes used the crops must be nice.

What is Life? For the rest of us（自分たち以外の人達のため）
Good morning everyone. Have you detected or found this Spring? The weather of the place for my new life is bright sunny everyday like Spring. It's surprised thing for Sammy, because it is cloudy at F city everyday in Winter.
Today's theme is basic spirit of the greatest company in the world. It's "For the rest of us". Have you ever heard this sentence? Or do you have iPhone, iPad, or Macintosh? Yes, the sentence is one of the most famous motto of Apple.
Apple may be known as mobile phone company today. But Apple was born as computer company in 1977 and released Macintosh in 1984. And the company has changed the world by Macintosh, as you may know (^o^).
Apple had a key sentence showing the spirits of the company. It's "For the rest of us". "Us" means the staff of Apple, "the rest" means the people. Apple thinks that personal computer should be easy and powerful. To show such spirits of Apple, the sentence is the best.
However, many staff of Apple don't know the words, because most of staff doesn't know the history of their company. They are young and facing inside of the company. If you are serious to change the world, you should know "For the rest of us".

What is Life? The aim to live is for others（生きる意味は他者の為）
Good morning everyone. Because of my personal things for new life to make my dream true, Sammy couldn't update this class. As I don't have television and internet connection at my home, it took little long time. I am sorry. At now, I am using Mr Unibody at McDonald with mobilepoint.
皆さんお早うございます。夢を実現するための新生活に向けたちょっとしたことで授業を更新できませんでした。すみません。さらにテレビもインターネット回線もまだ無いので時間もかかりました。すみません。今はMacBook Proをマクドナルド（mobilepoint）に持ち込んで更新しています。
Anyway, today's theme is that the aim to live is for others. We can live only for about 80 years. Most of you is not so old, because you can use Internet to obtain various information for foods, clothes, movie, and others. I think so.
さて、本日のテーマは「生きる意味（目的）は他者の為」ということです。私たちはおよそ８０年しか生きられません。ただ、みなさんはこうしてインターネットをご利用なのでそれほどお年ではないかと存じます。
Here, please remember when you were young. Have you experienced hard things enough for understanding love? Have you imagined that you are alone? Have you respected old person? Do you have any respected person? Are you enjoying your life? Have you completed your dream? Uh,,, do you have real dream? Have you met lovers?

To find the meaning of life, it needs long time, much experiences, meeting with persons, and overcoming hard things. At now, I could overcome the high wall by meeting with many persons with spirits and reading books.
人生の意味を見つけるには時間がかかりますし、十分な経験も必要です。人と会うことも困難を乗り越えることも必要です。今、私は心を持った多くの人と出会い、本を読むことで大きな壁を乗り越えることが出来ました。

What is Life? The waste of life for our life.（命の浪費）
Good morning everyone. The daylight is becoming lighter. The Spring will coming soon. We can hear the sound of the Spring. We can see the Sakura for times of remained life. We have to think it important with acknowledgements for everything. It's a key for happy life. I have found it by reading a book of Masanobu Fukushima.
皆様お早うございます。日の光は徐々に明るさを増し、春がすぐそこまで近づいているような気が致します。私たちは桜という花を残りの寿命の数だけ見ることができるのです。周りの全てに対する感謝の重要性を感じるべきではないでしょうか。それが幸せの鍵なのです。私はそれを福島正伸氏の本を読んで知ることが出来ました。
Here we go. Today's theme is about the waste of life for our life. As I described for many times, we have to kill other organisms as foods to live. It's known as original sin and shown as GOU in Buddhism. We are lived upon such bloods. So we have to have acknowledgements for the world.
さて、今日の授業を始めましょう。本日のテーマは生きるための生命の浪費に関してです。私はこれまで何度もお話しして参りましたように、我々は生きるための食べ物として多くの生き物を殺してきました。それは原罪であり、仏教では業と呼ばれるものです。私たちはそうした命の上に生かされているのです。ですからこの世の中に対して感謝の気持ちを持たなければならないのです。
To think the meaning of life, the problem of foods is the simplest for us. It's very easy. But have you ever thought about the development of medicine or cosmetic? When we have cold, we arrive to the clinic and take some medicine. Most women have some cosmetics to make up their face. For development of such products, numerous life have wasted as source.
しかし、食べ物に関する問題は非常に単純です。理解もしやすいことでしょう。しかし、薬や化粧品の開発に関して考えたことはございますか？風邪を引いたら、病院に行って、薬をもらいます。また、多くの女性はお化粧をされます。そうした製品の開発のために材料として多くの命が使われているのです。
At now, we are afraid of pandemic of Influenza disease. To prevent such expansion of virus, we should have injection of vaccine against the virus. As you may know, the type of virus is altered every year. So the estimation or prediction of the type is quite difficult for the producer.
最近ではインフルエンザのパンデミックが恐れられています。そうしたウイルスの拡散を防ぐために我々はワクチンを接種致します。皆さんもご存知のように、ウイルスの型は毎年変化するので、それを予測することは生産者にとって、とても難しいことなのです。
Sammy doesn't show the detail protocol of amplification of virus as the source of vaccine at this class. Briefly, the virus is injected at specific region of embryo, the virus infects to the cells, the number of the virus increased with the development of the embryo, collected from the eggs (embryos), precipitated with centrifugation, treated with some reagents, tested of the efficiency, and packed as vaccine.
サミぃはこの授業ではウイルスを増やすやり方に関しては詳しくは示しません。簡単に言うと、ウイルスを胚の特定の場所に注射し、ウイルスが細胞に感染し、胚の成長にともなって増殖し、その後、卵（胚）から回収し、遠心分離で集めて、薬品処理をして、効果を確かめ、ワクチンとしてパッケージングするのです。
For these work, millions of life were utilized to save many life of human kind. Where is the justice? Is it truth? Why can we waste life for our life? What is Life? Please think it deeply in your mind.
こうした仕事のために数百万の命が人の命を救うために使われているのです。正義はどこにあるのでしょうか？これは正しいことでしょうか？なぜ私たちは我々の命のために命を浪費して許されるのでしょうか。生き物とは何でしょうか。心のなかでじっくり考えてください。
